The lunch special at RC ($40 for 3 courses, including yummy creme brulee desert) is actually a good value. went during the nine days which forced me to try the Coconut King Salmon (really good fresh slabs of salmon sashimi with spicy mock crab and coconut sauce on top).

Manhattan lunch anywhere if someone can find the next number here
http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=44097.0
done.
You need to put an 8 in the top row, second column. If you look at a basic level, only a 5 or an 8 can go in that square. Just note that. Now, if you look at the "box" directly below that one (the one containing a 2, 7, 3, 8, and 6) you will see that no matter which of the two spots you can put a 1 that you choose to do, it forces you ultimately to put a 5 in on of the two boxes below the 2 (don't actually put a 1 or a 5 yet bc you don't know which one is right yet). Thus, knowing a 5 will be in one of those two squares, you know for certain that the first square I mentioned (second column in top row) row must be an 8.
Do I win a free lunch now?   ;D

I personally went with the classics" gnocchi and short rib. the rest of the table had for apps: a raw tuna special they had thats not on the menu, veal sweetbreads, there soup of the day which was some sort of avocado corn soup with tomatoes, and artichoke bottoms. Form mains we had the sig duck, they had a special which was Côte de bœuf for two which is a large bone in stake that they bring to the table on a sizzling plate and its already sliced (it was an amazing steak), and a rib eye fillet. Everything we had was delicious no one had any complaints about the food. My only complaint was after we placed our orders the waiter came back and asked the ppl who got the steak for two if they wanted any sides bc it didnt come with any and he recommended either mushrooms or potatoes. They said sure we will have a side of mushrooms. He didnt mention that it was a super fancy mushroom side dish that when the bill came it was $25.

Funny you should mention that. We go the prime rib for 2 for the mains, and I wasn't that impressed. In retrospect we should have picked 2 other mains and shared.

Can't say it's the best prime rib I've ever had.... I do enjoy it more than the other mains on their menu.

Is there street parking near reserve cut? It looks like you can't drive all the way to the restaurant on Google maps. Is that true?
