kosher deluxe used to be kosher delight. could be before you were born though...
Know a guy that works there. They are 2 separate places and were open at the same time. Kosher Delight closed. They are independent of each other.

there were originally two kosher delights in manhattan. one was forced to sell and became kosher deluxe. why is this so confusing?

I went to PG last week.  I was with 4 other people and the meal was free so we were able to order a lot of food. The appetizers were great. Ordered the duck spring rolls, crispy rice, beef jerky (not as good as LM, but still good), beef sliders and chicken nuggets (not sure what they are called on the menu). The mains we all ordered different steaks which were all bland and tasteless. A side note PG is more expensive than RC.

No need to be rude- I stand corrected. Spoke to my contact and Yes there were originally 2 kosher delights in NYC.  One on 38th st and one on 6th Ave and 45th.  Both stores lease expired but not renewed.  Those who had a part ownership of 45th reopened as kosher deluxe because kosher delight decided one store was enough. This was in 2001.  Kosher delight on 45th closed before pesach and kosher deluxe opened right after. Delight on 38th closed about 2 or 3 summers ago.

Wow. Now we went to the Prime Grill at the Bently last night. Just a quick comparison. The place was ok, scenary nice, pleasant staff, ok food. Compared to the Reserve Cut we hit last week, I think the Reserve Cut is a nicer place (maybe a bit noisy because of so many people), better food, and if I'm not wrong (I didn't pay for either one) I believe the RC is actually less expensive than the PG. (I might be repeating somethings said above but I figured another person's two cents ain't bad). If I had a choice it's the RC for me.

The LA Marais rib eye and prime rib are also both excellent,  I happen to really like abigael's also but for a good steak LM is the way to go, plus they're peanut butter dome is awesome
