In my experience in lubavitch camps the siyum was only for the campers under bar mitzvah, everybody else wouldn't eat flaishig.

Chicken legs or meat loaf are cheaper than cheese or fish....

It also has to do with logistics, they usually start cooking dinner before they finish cooking lunch and the milchig kitchen usually isn't big enough and they don't have enough milchig utensils to cook two meals at the same time.

In in manhatten with my wife. Getting real hungry. Not too much experience. On 6th and 51. Le marais or prime grill or other?
