continuing on this, i need a good sunday brunch where Mrs can get a mimosa (alcoholic) and also good milchigs. there are several fleishig places where u can get alcohol at brunch, any milchig (i believe noidue is no alki)?

i believe Noi Due does have alcohol

A vendor is taking me out for lunch and asked mentioned W&L or PG as options. Which one should I choose?

I know some people here will disagree with me, but I'd choose W&L. I think PG is extremely overrated.

PG is higher class but much more expensive to take that into account whether u want to upset this guy. wolf and lamb is great for burger/sandwich, but if u want a good steak...
that said, i was at PG last week in their new (old solo) digs, and the salmon special was great, but I felt they aren't what they used to be (got cold hardish bread!!).

Some of the steaks at W&L are very good.

Everything at Prime Grill is amazing, imo.

If you are going to have an actual conversation then i would recommend Prime Grill. W&L gets crazy busy at lunch and the acoustics are terrible (i.e. extremely noisy). I've made reservations and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. They do have good burgers though.

going to be around le marais saturday night, havent been there in 10 years. is the go to still the "pepper steak" (seems to be a steak crusted with pepper, not cheap stirfry

and the chili per wiki? anything else good these days/cocktail suggestions for mrs?
