Can't comment on sushi since I don't like it, but I am very unimpressed with steaks at shallots.

i would suggest the simple perfectly aged melt in mouth (not for lean lovers) Reserve Cut 10oz steak for like $54, i find it to be consistently the best piece of meat at a restaurant (though pricy).
tuna tartar is everywhere but they do it perfectly. if u want a burger, the porcini burger is the best there is imho.

New-ish website / app that's like Seamless but only for Kosher with good Hechsherim (it shows Hechsher and other Kosher info on the restaurants page).
