Had the Hot Pot, was VERY bland. Then we added a tiny bit of this hot chili paste, and the entire dish was transformed and was actually yummy.

Very possible that is the deciding factor and if people like spice or not...
my wife liked the hot pot and i didn't. And the chili past was extremely spicy so a warning would've probably been a good idea. i like spicy but not crazy spicy

We added a tiny bit and then whoever wanted more added to his bowl. Every part of it was exceptional and packed with flavor. Can't even compare to the ramen at Naruto Bowl. Different universe.
I'm very into hot sauces and that chili sauce was incredible in that it was very spicy and at the same time had incredible depth and complexity of flavor.

After I get my check for the salad reviews, maybe I'll have enough to have a pot to pee in.

What about vegetable infused water, does that go under the salad category?

The best way to get a high school girl to eat something is to call it a salad.

We wouldn't offer you cholent. It is a bean and meat salad.

The best way to get a female to eat something is to ask if they want it, and when they refuse, order it for yourself.

POIDH
We ordered a few dishes ;)

Drinks, salad, and bread were alright. I could not drink the pepper one at all.

Risotto, Chateaubriand, Filet mignon, and Hamburger were all near perfection.

Everything else was very good.

The service was amazing, table side presentations were a lot of fun, waiter was a lot of fun too.

We were in a wine barrel booth and it was extremely warm.

Overall was the best meal I can remember having in a restaurant.

I'm curious about the halachic ramifications of this presentation.
Is the bread eaten?
