Among many others. Plenty of reliably certified Ritas and the like are open on Shabbos.
Can def see how dunkin and Rita’s are diff as they are run by corporate rules and have to use company product. Besides for that just about every reliable hechsher pasels any establishment open on shabbos
You would need to get a mashgiach to be able to stop in their shabbos(difficult) and they know can pull whatever shtick they want

we certify a  place open on Shabbos. Multiple inspections over Shabbos. No deliveries allowed on Shabbos. Video cameras. Not easy but it can be done.
Many vaadim certify places open on Shabbos. Definitely ice cream shops and bakeries.
Question is oversight.
That's what's fundamentally lacking by some of these places

Food was great ! I would say just below Barnea, pricing was much more reasonable as well. Chef came out to check on us. We had onion soup, liver , steak. All great

I’m here now, sadly no prix fixe anymore, but I love their sandwiches which are a great value (note I’m related to one of the minority owners). Other high class options down here are reserve cut ( beautiful indoor space on broad street, top steak place but slightly higher pricing) and the new Greenwich and delancey high class deli (haven’t been yet).
There are also cheaper take out options like the great cafe11nyc for sushi etc.

nah, celebrating the end of school year with family (wife convinced me to bring fam for dinner, which was great as always).
I get lunch here probably a couple times a month (used to be more with the prix fixe) and I’m coming Thursday, as I get 10% off so this is still about 25% less than rc for me. Have talked to the people on top re lunch menu many times and I’m very close to it, and prix fixe is not coming back anytime soon. I’m still happy with the sandwiches, and I’m lobbying to have them available for early dinner (before 7pm) as a great value.

Wild. Never thought the food was competitive with Barnea, Tabernacle, or even Mike's, but the ambiance is nice.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I haven't been that many times but my experience has been that the food was much better at the beginning of the night

Aren't they going to cannibalize their own clientele?
Besides for lunch, what are they gaining? Opening in Brooklyn would have made so much more sense.

Current location is very close to Brooklyn especially at night.

Bottom line is, it's a huge space and it's jammed on a nightly basis.
