What's not to be missed at WSG?
crispy chicken and crispy beef are both classics everyone eats, if they like sushi the tuna pizettes, ribbons and crispy rice sushi are all great (pizzetes are small servings but a perfect blend of flavors). Hanging beef is expensive but impressive and ridic yummy.
I find ribchop the best value for steak if u want to pay for steak, lamb chops are great too.

Colbeh OBM would’ve been pretty unique too.

ETA: Marani is a legit sit down restaurant with proper service and more than decent ambiance, its just not upscale like the ones you mentioned that are 2x+ the price.

Why do restaurants have menus without prices?
If it's in order not to scare off potential clients, wouldnt those clients be annoyed when they see prices at the restaurant?
