Was recently at Rosies kosher pizza in Manhattan. Great small pizza place with decent prices. Has CRC Hisachdus and OK hechsher.
Interesting. Is this the first food establishment in Manhattan with hisachdus?

How’s the pizza?

Jerusalem cafe is massive, if you go when they aren’t busy it’s quite nice for a pizza shop. Prices seem to be the same/cheaper than Rosie’s, and the Pizza is pretty good.

Rosie's is slightly more expensive that Jerusalem Cafe. While I found their pizza to be more "well-done" than Jerusalem Cafe or Bravo, it was on par with Bravos, which I think has best kosher pizza in Midtown. Rosie's also has some interesting topping options (falafel, etc.) and offers pareve chulent and overnight potato kugel on Thursdays. Biggest issue with Rosie's is the store layout. Hard to explain without photos, but they need a better system for ordering and paying - especially during busy times.

It's a horrible layout and not conducive if you need to get food quickly.

Bravo’s pizza is indeed better, and their oven is so cool, but I prefer JC’s seating and non-pizza options.

Yes, it's expensive, but to quote JJ, "Tabernacle Steakhouse is one of, if not the finest, kosher steakhouses in the world."

I get that people can spend their money however they want, but calling these prices 'expensive' feels like an understatement. It’s like our expectations for what counts as ‘expensive’ just keep climbing—kind of like that place in Lakewood that got so much flack. Maybe it’s fine for a very special occasion.

What would you call it if not expensive?

Gimme a break.
'That place' (great restaurant, btw) was charging way above the norm, and was forced to correct significantly.
As long as Tabernacle is within the norm for the services provided (ie. ppl choose to dine there), it is what it is.

Small people talk about other people.
Average people talk about things
BIG PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IDEAS.
