Top dishes at WSG?
(I’m related to a minority owner, but haven’t been there since succos so things may have changed)
Apps - raw: best crispy rice sushi in city
Tuna pizzettes are small but so delish
Tuna ribbons is classic u get at lots of places but the ribbons are a bit fresher than most

Classics everyone loves are chef kami crispy chicken (very different take on poppers but addictive)
Crispy beef also addictive but their sauce they give usually isn’t the right one ask for sweet chili on side
Hanging beef is fun and delish candied bacon but expensive

Mains - if lunch the steak sandwich is great value. French dip also very good

If dinner the classic rob chop medium rare noting u want a nice amount of salt is a good value
Colorado Lamb chops great too

Desserts - love the classic light olive oil cake

My highlights from last week
I like mushrooms but didn’t love the shrooms I think bc I don’t like balsamic vinegar

How was it? Why did you decide to go to WSG?

Ate on the rooftop. Nobody ate in the main dining floor.

Got a $50 off $150 offer from the restaurant's website via some app, so that was nice.

Overall a very good meal, but it's not in an elite tier like Barnea/Tabernacle for me.

Drinks were fine, nothing to write home about:
6/10:

Crackling shrooms, $29.
6.5/10:

Hanging Beef, highlight of the night with very unique flavor, though pricey for small amount of meat. $38.
9.5/10

Crispy Thai Beef $35
6/10. Dish is overwhelmed by the breading.

WSJ Crispy Chicken, $32
5/10, not crispy:

Surprise steak, excellent, $95
8/10

Churro
Way over-engineered for looks over taste, 2/10

Lemon meringue pie, excellent, 8.5/10

Went to Wall Street Grill last night..

Drink: My wife ordered the white Sangria, she likes to replace it with Bartenura Moscato so its not so strong, but it came strong and it didn't seem like they did it correctly- $23

Appetizers:

Potstickers- $34 was very good, but not $34 good

Crackle and pop chicken- $32 (Don't have a good picture) was basically schnitzel pieces hanging from a watermelon. Tasted very good as well. (did not eat the watermelon)

14 OZ. Chateau comes with mixed vegetables and fries (I swapped the fries for mashed potatoes)- $120 Excellent steak

Surprise Steak 10 OZ. comes with mixed vegetables - $95 was the highlight of the night. So soft, juicy and tender

Dessert we got the Lemon Pie that Dan posted above, and that was amazing as well.

All in all a great Dinner!

Light dinner at Wall Street grill (had been a while), note I’m related to a minority owner and got a 10% discount:

Seared salmon special 4/10 (my guest loved it and would give 9/10) too fishy for me but some people like that

Cauliflower with funky hummus 7/10 - I feel the hummus overpowers the flavor a lil

Tuna ribbons 10/10 always love this (and the tuna pizzettes), some of the freshest tuna u can get and the guac and other flavors have good kick, plus the crisps are perfect consistency. If u like raw their crispy rice sushi is the best in the city, have tried everyone else’s and they do the crispy rice part and the spicy salmon/tuna the way prime grill used to.

Surprise steak (always great to share to be Yotzei steak 9/10)

Dessert apple tart with ice cream 7/10

Bill, nice to stay relatively lowly for a yummy filling meal (also had lots of bread ;))

i confirmed the crispy chicken was changed from the old chef kame crispy chicken (im a lil sad). also they didnt have the olive oil cake i used to love but it may come back.
