If I don't care about price, which of the following should I try:

Le Marais
Prime Grill
Wolf and Lamb
Solo
Prime KO
Tevere
Prime at the Bentley
la brochette

My companion will be a non-Jewish female (business related lol)

I have already been to Reserve Cut and Mike's (liked Reserve more) so I want to try something new

Le Marais - ok food, terrible service, cheapy vibe with old decor (though the lights are so dim that you cant tell)
Prime Grill - hit or miss
Wolf and Lamb - Pretty good
Solo - Closed
Prime KO - Pretty good though IMO they killed this location when they took away the downstairs
Tevere - Limited menu but amazing, more of on intimate place, best for quiet 1 on 1 dinners with SO.
Prime at the Bentley - been here 4-5 times and it was horrendous each time. (Gorgeous view from the John)
la brochette - haven't been since the rebranding

IMO id just stick with Reserve. It is (again IMO) the only real 5/5 kosher joint in NY. They are constantly adding new things and it's always amazing. Yes it's expensive but the ambience is not to be beat, as is the service. I also don't know who your guest is but it is a an impressive place even for a non-jew.

Le Marais - ok food, terrible service, cheapy vibe with old decor (though the lights are so dim that you cant tell)
Prime Grill - hit or miss [GENERALLY GREAT AS LONG AS CHEF DAVID IS THERE, SAME STEAK AS RC (RC IMITATES, THOUGH JUST AS GOOD), MOVING TO THE "ICONIC" SONY BUILDING (THOUGH SONY SOLD...) THIS WEEK, WHERE SOLO USED TO BE, SO WILL BE MUCH SMALLER]
Wolf and Lamb - Pretty good [2 NOTCHES DOWN, MORE FOR BURGERS/SANDWICHES THAN SERIOUS BUSINESS MEAL WITH STEAK ETC.]
(Gorgeous view from the John) [ACTUALLY HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE THERE, BUT ONLY THERE ONCE, NEED TO FOCUS ON APPS/SUSHI/DRINKS AND BALCONY HERE, NOT FOR BUSINESS]
la brochette - haven't been since the rebranding [OK BUT MORE OF A 2ND LEVEL ABIGAELS THAN RC/PG QUALITY]

IMO id just stick with Reserve. It is (again IMO) the only real 5/5 kosher joint in NY. They are constantly adding new things and it's always amazing. [AMEN, ONLY MICHELIN RATED AMBIANCE AT A KOSHER PLACE I KNOW OF, PLUS IF U GO FOR LUNCH CAN GET VALUE (IN CASE U ARE PAYING)]

I vaguely remember hearing that. The rent was insane at the old location. I also here Prime Burger on J isn't happening :(

As I have never been to the manhattan location, I was basing it off of the Coney location which is definitely nice enough for business. (and TBH the duck gnocchi beats Mikes)

Golan heights has some good pitas and laffas. Used to be my go-to Thursday night dinner back when I lived in that neck of the woods.

La  Brochette - probably some of the best food I've had in the city. Had the sampler and the aged prime special. $79 for the special but it was huge and cooked medium was real juicy. Tapas. Nice atmosphere and good service. Irish coffee and Napoleon for dessert. Expensive but didn't feel like I was ripped off.

I just went yesterday for lunch and I agree, very underrated in my opinion.  Got the spring rolls which were very good and the center cut rib eye which had a nice sauce that comes along with it.  Good service and food was quite delicious.

Lighter lunch recommendations today? Thinking Noi Due but prefer midtown/east side. Doing Reserve Cut for early dinner so nothing too heavy. Thanks

I heard someone say that they're moving out of FiDi. Not sure who the source was though.

Doesn't make too much sense. They're always relatively full, and they're rent isn't even retail, its commercial due to the location.

IMO one of the things that makes it so attractive, is that it is right outside the tunnel. Closest place for all the Brooklyn folks, which is probably their largest base of steady customers.

They're actually empty quite a bit. I was there a lot during the summer for lunch and they were far from full. It's a big spot, and there's a lot of overhead between rent and staff, so they need a lot of business to be profitable. Kosher restaurants in FiDi don't have a great track record. I feel like there have been a bunch that have opened and closed in the past 5-10 years.
