it's time. I think that it would do very well in NYC if it would have a basic menu and good quality in mid-price range

Hi I'm taking DW out for our aniversary (so a place with nice ambiance would be nice), but we both don't appreciate high quality meat places enough to justify the money (reserve, mikes, prime..). So I was thinking about Mr. Broadway because I hear their food is quite good and the ambiance is decent, but I'm not sure whether or not splurge a little more on La Marais for the nicer ambiance of a steakhouse. (I ruled Abigails out btw because it seems from this thread that La Marais is better). Thoughts?
