thx i know and love chabad options all over the world, but here we are thinking of more of a get together and dont want to be like a clique or something and mess up the chabad meal (or shul meal).

I went once when he was there and it was probably the best meal of my life.
Went back another time and he wasn't there. Meal was merely good.

I wonder if we can attribute that to his being on/off the line...

Good to know. I had thought the general consensus was that it was weak, but perhaps i should give it another look.

Just finished up by Wall Street Grill. Not sure why I have seen a lot of negative reviews, it was one of the best kosher meat meals I have had in a while

i hadnt been in a while (i am related to one of the owners) and went for lunch and it was great too. they now have an 8 oz rib eye on the prix fixe which is a steal for NY (got the crispy rice sushi, rib eye with fries and an olive oil cake (now they also have the lava cake but meh) for 39 plus tax/tip.

Havent been in Le Marias in a while....was there last night and besides horribly awful slow/ non existent  service (nothing new), I was charged $6x2 for a glass of fountain soda. Is that new? It used to be like $3 plus one refill.  That seems very steep for a diluted fountain glass of soda. ($6x Tax x Tip =$7.70)
