But with their 'signature' lunch entree, it's no longer a 'cheap' lunch.
Didn't realize the salad app on the lunch menu was the one everyone was raving about. Now I feel silly for getting the soup instead when I went.
It's not quite the same salad and doesn't have any of the presentation, pomp, or size, but it's still excellent.

Sounds like an expensive lunch $53 plus tax and tips I better not be disappointed
You're the one that wanted to me try more dishes.  ;D
It's not an everyday lunch, but as a one-off it's excellent.
Also, no need to get the fries as the same as the prime rib, so you're at $41.

Guess I'll have to go back for the steak sandwich and salad one of these days. Maybe if my company ever calls us back to the office for real.

Now I see that Rothchilds is also open for lunch...

So we have Rothchilds, Wolf & Lamb or Le Marais. Who wins?

You think I have the thyme to put up with requests that need addressing like lettuce half a raisin celery?
And that's probably just the tip of the iceberg. Tossing this application where it belongs!

Wow, this is quite fresh coming from a guy who doled out two bans just in the past week for one measly pun. Look, I wasn't trying to get a head salary wise, or butter you up in any way. I just wanted to get your head out of the ground and raise the steaks over here. Instead of romaining green, I wanted you to leaf and branch out to a more prime clientele. Why suffer this ribbing when you can meet up and rub shoulders with people who appreciate making a killing and spreading their wings rather than folks who stay rooted right where they are?

for reference I despise lettuce. I never add it to anything and I LOVE this salad
I had the Caesar salad for lunch app. I don’t understand the hype. Pieces of lettuce were way to big and needed to cut with knife. Also over dressed.
The grilled chicken with side of quinoa was probably best grilled chicken I’ve ever had.

Check your taste buds?

Or do you typically find yourself to be a food contrarian? That could explain it.

so cut it with a knife what’s the big deal. That’s what makes it so good that you don’t taste plain lettuce at all but it doesn’t feel soggy from too much dressing
