so cut it with a knife what’s the big deal. That’s what makes it so good that you don’t taste plain lettuce at all but it doesn’t feel soggy from too much dressing
I do agree with that. Was not soggy at all.
Maybe next time I can ask them to cut lettuce smaller.

I have never heard of "Dover Tov" hashgacha, nor of any of the rabbis listed. I have never seen or heard of this certification in my forays into Brooklyn and other boros. Anyone have more info?

It’s a new hashgacha. R Steinfeld is officially very reputable but AYLOR.

I think theres some discussion upthread.

Anyone been to Wall St Grill rooftop? Any other higher end restaurants with "outdoor" seating?

Yes

What's the ambiance like? Anything like downstairs? Is that the best option for unvaccinated in the city?

Ambiance was nice. At the time they only had rooftop seating, so I can't say.

I went to Le Brochette Sunday evening with DW. The ambiance is elegant, and we were only one of 2 couples there at 5 PM.

We had the lentil soup special. Rich and hearty
I had the lychee cocktail, very smooth
DW ordered the LB risotto, excellent
I had the "surprise steak" special - 10 oz cut "from the top of the ribeye" medium rare with a side of roasted garlic cauliflower. Crusty and delicious.
Service was attentive yet unobstrusive.

Bill comes with 20%, 25% and 30% tip options

Thank you to all who post reviews and opinions, it was of great help in planning our day out.

I prefer this over a 15-18% mandatory tip, and usually end up tipping more this way.

Can’t see how anyone could enjoy that. I’d pay $45 for a half-portion of each of those though :P
