I don’t claim to know too much about the industry or the politics behind it, but from what I see it isn’t on the cRc recommended list & they aren’t a member of the AKO & my local org I trust doesn’t recommend them. If you have some info I’m missing or if anything I’ve said isnt true plz correct me.

Here you said it's not recommended. That is a personal decision based on your information, not a rule for all of DDF. Also, this 'person' who said it's all politics, is quite knowledgeable in Hashgacha

Based  on this post I think you are misunderstanding him. חכמים הזהרו בדבריך

I have factual knowledge in my town of many people completely disregarding serious Kashrus concerns nad being wilfully ignorant in the name of "it's all politics ".
I agree that unfortunately there is politics in Kashrus and probably know it way better than anyone else on the forums (I'm confident saying that without knowing everyone)
But it's definitely not all politics and many people intentionally remain willfully ignorant.

It seems Rabbi Aaron D. Mehlman gives a hechsher for places open on Shabbos (Sabbas I assume is closed), so depending on your standard lots of people wouldn't recommend it as a hashgacha. AYLOR
