Mike's, PrimeKo (skip the steak though), and Le Marais top my list of NYC eateries.

Mike's has incredible steak, ribs, and drinks.  Good apps (dumplings and Gnocchi) too. And 30% off with Savored.
I've never left Le Marais hungry and I think it's very well priced considering you get great fries/mashed potatoes and a salad included with a steak.  Pepper Steak and warm choc cake with ice cream is hard to beat.

I showed up 40 minutes late and had no problem. I did call to confirm that though as it was due to traffic.

Incorrect. Perhaps the other way around.

+1 on the prices -- especially relative to other 'Prime Group' restaurants

Lee W - make sure you saw the other menu page to click....still a relatively small menu, but much bigger than when I thought ti was only one page.

My favorite.

Le Marais is GREAT value but the ambience and area suck IMHO

mikes bistro. recommend wolf n lamb

Meh. Wolf n Lamb is a nice place but not as good as PG. Mike's is extremely overrated, loud noisy and sub par food. Le Marais is always loud and dark, I can  never see what I am eating. If you want something nice a bit cheaper than PG, try Abigael's . Prob the best place in the city IMO is Tevere 84. Great ambiance and food that is tasty and different.
