Aside from their desserts, which can be hit or miss (when they hit, they HIT, and when they miss, they MISS), their food is verrry good. Only had good experiences.

If you go, try one of the tasting menus.
Ill definitely try it out.

Wolf and Lamb continues to impress me.

Just had their Philly Steak sandwich, and it was hands down the best Philly Steak sandwich I've ever eaten.

Add that to the W&L Burger and you've got some real standouts.

I have got to try ETC just based on how much you rave about it.

+1...Once you try ETC, you won't want to return to NoBo across the street!

A short While back they took on an in-house pastry chef
IMHO the desserts have improved drastically

This might be the perfect forum for my question. Im going to a work dinner and they are ordering from Le Marais for me.

Can anyone recommend any standout appetizers?

Has anyone tried the Prime Rib or La Suprise?

Thanks.

My FIL went to the new Solo Dairy Restaurant. He said it was amazing, but very expensive.
I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

Get the Beef jerkey and the La Suprise is good but no comparison to the Hanger steak.

My favorite dish there is the Tournedos steak.

Personally?  One can never eat at Le Marais too many times..... :) And I don't even look at the menu any more, the Hangar Steak is just to good.

I always get the Pepper steak at LM.  Call me crazy but I love it.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.
