Baggage Allowance Question

What if I fly LAX-TPE using miles via SFO and ICN (Seoul, Korea),
LAX-SFO - Economy
SFO-ICN, ICN-TPE - Business
Would I be able to check in 2-3 bags in LAX based on my following itinerary which is all in business? Or would they give me only coach allowance as the first leg is coach?

Please help if you know what are the rules...

Yeah the first 2 legs are on UA.
So youre saying they will let me have the biz allowance for sure?
Is it 2 or 3 70lb. bags?

UA luggage allowance for the entire itinerary is set by the highest (UA) segment in the trip.

Not sure if this is the right thread but it might be...does *G get 2 or 3 bags when flying on lufthansa...on UA I got 3...but it seems that on the lufthansa website in only get 2?

LH's policy is exactly as stated on their site.

WARNING: LH requires that you have your physical *G card handy before they will waive any fees for an additional bag.

Trust me. I learned it the hard way.

i just switched my flight with delta, ($510 later) and i recieved an email for each person flying conformation, and it says 2 pc bgge allwnce...

Get it confirmed in writing, and print it out.

i have both cards from both aegean and turkish...will they allow me to keep the ua # for mileage accrual at least?

No reason why not. Worst case, ask the GA to change it back.

You should be fine with AA metal. No matter who ticketed it.
