Anyone know if I can freely transfer cash from AP to PP and then use my PP Debit card....? How is this done? Thanks!

Nope. They are two separate payment services.

Maybe to an illegitimate bank account?

And if the above post's suggestion doesn't work:

You can convert to AMZN GC's and sell the GC's for about 95% on DDF or less on the internets.

not a good idea for FS and Sec8 guys.......

Government workers cant see PP as a bank, they dont even have email...

I wouldn't be surprised if, one day, their system will show up AP and PP accounts. The way they see your bank accounts is by SS#, so it shouldn't be a big deal to track AP and PP as well.
But so far they don't do it.
A cool loophole to save money (above the allowed amount) in a safe place, other than under the matrass.

Hiding cash that they don't have the mental capacity to understand in the first place but is not earned income, is not fraud, its common sense.
