I am sorry to hear that your miles did not post yet. Unfortunately merchants will not address inquiries sent to them prior to 45 days after the order date.
I will check on this order in 39 days to confirm whether it has posted or not and follow up with you on the outcome. If the order has not posted at that time, I will send it out for research with the merchant to determine its eligibility for rewards.
Please be aware that although it seems logical that orders should post in the order they occurred, this is not always the case. Merchants send out orders to us in batches and sometimes orders can be put in later batches, which would result in a non-chronological order posting.
In addition: Unfortunately, it is too soon for your miles to post. Please allow 8-10 weeks, from the last day of the promotion 10/31/2012), for bonus miles to post to your account. If, after 8-10 weeks, the bonus miles have still not posted to your account, please contact Customer Care with the information for your qualifying purchase.
