Instead of COMPANYNAME add a company name like IBM, ACCENTURE, UniversityofCalifornia, ATT, Verizon etc.

You have to put in a valid company name.

You need to change the URL instead of it saying http://www.joinmarriottrewards.com/account/silver/default.aspx?source=COMPANYNAME try http://www.joinmarriottrewards.com/account/silver/default.aspx?source=att and that just worked for me

Since u said "created", I assume u r having a brand new account. How did u already check your status? It says it takes 48 hours
