Opening a Chase checking account
« on: April 26, 2010, 11:17:47 PM »
I need to open a Chase account and I was wondering if anyone knows about any promos for doing it. I remember seeing a 100 dollars for opening with them coupon but I lost it. Anyone?

Especially because you will owe interest on the $100 but not on the miles.

Yup, that's what I meant, you will get 1040 from Chase for $100 of interest income.

Even if you wont use the 25000 miles you can sell them and get at least 3 times the amount of what you would of gotten from chase ($100) and you wont have to pay taxes

why would you close it and open it?
u mean after the year is over?
the person in the bank said they would take it away, but i don't think that makes any sense.
