That's subject to dispute; Rubin holds cameras to be considered CY.  Landau is (according to what I'm told) the only hechsher in EY that does not accept  cameras, PCMIIW.
In any case, there are a few companies that make goat yogurt, under various hechsherim.

so i have a chabura that sits necxt to me and they spoke to rav vitman last week. it comes out very shver... in short in those yogurts, maybe the actual goat cheese maybe is bedatz but the preservatives and additives are def not! they are imported! secondly laundau is VERY makpid on CY, so there the only hechsher i would technically trust if u ask me! secondly the owners of the farms are not frum. its funny when it comes to milk, as per all that goes on here, i am sure many rabanim would say that new sq. milk is much more lichatchila than any milk here...

its very tricky the israeli system here. and im finding out more and more there are issues, esp with the milk products! for example how is vitamin c made? well here it seems like its made from sheep skin and fur. the animal is still alive.... meaning that can be an issur of aiver min hachai... but its batul technically (YD 99:5) is that being mevatel issur lichtachila... and even if there is an issur is it deoraysa or dirabanan...

but thats all if one actually really wants to know the truth otherwise....
