That's what happens when you get distracted by an annoying customer, and forget to flip your steak after 3 minutes.

Fortunately, though, Chef Mark's Bourbon BBQ Sauce can make virtually anything taste amazing. :D

And probably much more expensive too

Wife and I had it for dinner last night, had leftovers today for lunch and I still have enough for lunch/dinner for one remaining. It only cost $24 including an eggroll and Hot and Sour Soup.

They are the 2nd best Chinese in my book.

Chopstix (Teaneck)
Kosher Express (Englewood)
China Town [formerly Wok N Takeout] (Monsey)
Cho-sen Garden (Queens)

Never tried Chinese Express....making me curious

p.s. So what's the best one?
