I just woke up and it takes an hour and a half to cook what i wanted to cook. Not including prep time. I guess I'll be eating bagels amd tuna instead.

It was from a local restaurant and contained Italian cheese.

Mmmmm... mascarpone cheese? it's so good. Is is Cholov Yisroel? It's hard to find. (I may need to bring back from Italy on my next trip.)

good point. I suppose that I should have read the "cream of chicken soup" clearly listed in his menu. Lately, if I see tiramisu on a list, that's all I see. Ba'Ghetto Milky has an amazing formula. Will replicate it one of these days. Quality mascarpone-cheese is the main ingredient...
