Does adding breadcrumbs to the meat make your meatballs mezonos? I am pretty sure not.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Correct, hence the sign to make a mezonos on them.

I only had one piece but it was delicious. I'm not a sushi guy, though.

I had Chop Sui, noodles with carrots, cabbage, green beans (I ask for no onions and peppers). My favorite Atza dish. I usually have it with chicken but we were having fish and milchigs so I got it plain (the tofu addition is okay, but somehow the dish is better without it - and salmon as an addition wasn't being offered today).

What Bracha did you make?
Toda to @yfr bachur for letting me have a piece.
I had already made mezonos on the quiche.

I would have made mezonos on sushi - I usually do, based on my own understanding, and I was happy to hear Rav Berkovits say that such a thing was possible as an option. (It may very well be tolui on the daas of the eater.)
Legend has it that a talmid made him sushi for Mishloach Manos one year. After grilling him on each ingredient (kashrus, organic - the Rav is very sensitive - and tolaim), the Rav accepted the sushi. When the talmid asked him what beracha he would make on it, the Rav smiled and murmured, "Toch haseudah..."

No, not my mother's. Usually ate it with pasta, so the only possibility was shehakol or nothing.

What Bracha did you make?
I had washed on a bagel.
I have no idea what bracha I would make.
It's like the first time I've ever ordered fresh sushi in my life. (The only times I've had sushi previously is back in the states from the end of the day bogos in pomegranate or moishes -i think then I made mezonos, but its been a long while)

The idea was to order something kashrus sensitive from two different hechsherim and see how they did each did chosamos.
For Rosh Chodesh maybe we'll do fleishigs, though we're trying to think of an eida fleishig place that does wolt.

Pizza bagel:

Jalapeno garlic bagel from The Bagel Shoppe CLE
Jar Goods classic spicy tomato sauce.
Haolam pepper jack cheese
Dried Shallots
Did The Bagel Shop turned into Milky Way? Are the jalapeno garlic bagels the same?

They still have them, but they changed their recipes and cooking methods and they are not the same unfortunately.

People rave about Nubeigel, though b'shita, I won't go there.

Note that Jar Goods is also no longer kosher. :(

Because?

The owner turned down a subsidy to make the place C"Y because he wanted to attract a more hipster and less chareidi crowd and was afraid making it C"Y would attract a crowd that would scare off the hipsters.

Maybe that's true, maybe it's not, but I can't support that personally.
