I've been really good about watching what I eat this YomTov and not over doing it (especially with the Matza)-
Today was my worst day so far..

I've eaten a Chocolate leben, matzah chremzel and 3 coconut chocolate chip macaroons straight out of the oven.

MB came through?
Indeed with some last minute theatrics!
I still can't get over the flatbreads.  By far the most amazing pesach imitation out there.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

As someone who has done the Gluten Free eating ( I still eat 85% gluten free year round) I can tell you that they have come quite a long way as far as taste goes.
There are some pretty great gluten free products out there.

Wow!

Whoa. Guess I wasn't making stuff up after all, eh? :D

Seriously, this stuff is as good as the real thing. Maybe even better.

Now, just gotta find me some tuna fish, and I'll be like "bland Pesach snack? What bland Pesach snack?!" :)

The tam tam shaped crackers that they sell for pesach are not to bad either, not the real thing but they get the herring down...

Now a days ? All over. Specialty stores still always carry more variety. Any 'fancier' market usually has a nice array. (Ex. Whole foods)

A lot of the products I buy are made in Israel.

Burgers and Potato Kugel.

On  Thursday we had gnocchi in a cream sauce. It's real a no-brainer for Pesach, made from  potatoes and a starch for binding....
