The heter on Bishul akum for cranberry sauce and possibly craisans is that some people eat them raw. but the oilam says it's not so true, thy're very bitter. But here we have a real live lakewood guy who eats them raw and ththinks they were great!

I subsequently made a bracha on something else.. But next time I would make one.
