Yup, my own version with only one yolk.
Actually looks better then any restaurant version I've had, but shouldn't the yolk not be done that well?
The top looks more cooked because I cover it for a bit. Under it is nice and runny.
Is that cheese in there? IIRC the classic version has no cheese, no?
No cheese. Those are egg whites.
