Frozen whole wheat pizza dough, brush EVOO on the foil lined inverted cookie sheet. Brush EVOO on the rolled out dough, dust with garlic powder and salt. Spread half with ricotta cheese and half with a chunky tomato sauce. Cover with cheese (if using toppings put on before cheese). Spoon some ricotta over the bianca half and sprinkle some garlic powder on top of the ricotta mounds.I preheat my oven as hot as it will go for at least 15 minutes after the preheat signal beeps/lights up. Bake until the dough blisters and the cheese bubbles (in my oven about 11 minutes).
