Wow, didn't see this and was just searching for this thread. Umm it costs $30 vs $15 and it's 130l vs. 60l so it's a better deal...
Assume you have to buy the 130 and don't need to also buy the 60. So you need to lay out an additional $50

is correct.
Cost per liter is 30/130 =23.08 cents and 15/60 =25 cents
Then you need to refill the 130L one 20 times in order to break even (20*130+50=650). That equates to refilling the 60L one 43.333 times (43.333*15=650)
Of course you also need to factor in the cost of goin out an extra 1.166 times with the 60L, so that might cancel out the above.
This of course ignores the $5 off coupon from BBB which then makes it more cost effective to use the 60L as the costs are then 10/60 = 16.6667 cents vs 25/130 = 19.3 cents.
Even if you were to use the 20% off for the 130L it is still a cost of 18.46cents
