New Charedi development - Charish

The Israeli media is all abuzz about a new Charedi development in Israel called Charish, anyone know anything about it? would it be an option for a family from the US looking to do Aliyah?

Apparently it's a town/city built specifically for Charedi people, taking into consideration their religious needs. It's also going to have a diverse crowd: Sephardim, Ashkenazim, Chassidim, Yeshivish, Chabad, Mizrachi etc.

It's supposedly going to be inexpensive, 500,000 NIS for a 3-bedroom with an "option" for a fourth, eligible people (not sure who those are) can get 100,000 NIS off.

also - your looking at a min 5 year plan- bec there is absolutely no infrastructure there yet- its in middle of nowhere. also the way israeli building goes i would guess 8 years at least. Then u get to a place where for the first few years its going to be a dead zone untill its fully populated.
So if your planning on having a nice aliyah experience- i would suggest something more concrete.
for an israeli who has to buy his kids apt- then its great.

I know of many "mizrachi" who are more 'חרד לדבר ה than many of those you seem to call chareidim.

That issue is moot as names are not necessarily descriptions. I know many Litvishers who do more Chessed then  many Chassidim and I know many Chassidim who are more negatively charged them many Misnagdim

I've yet to understand the description 'chareidi", to me it sounds very foolish.
It seems to greatly differ from the terms "Litvish" etc.
"Chareidi" is a very modern term AFAIK.
