My experience with them was uneventful other than I found the staff rude and the planes to be in awful condition.
The Kermit the Frog green seats gave me headaches.
Im not super tall or anything, but the seats were uncomfortable.
They did not loose my luggage, TG, but EVERYONE else I know have had their luggage lost.
They are notorious for being a bad airline, which is why their load factors are down, and they wheel in folks with these super cheap seats/sales. Better some profit margin than none at all!!!

I wouldnt fly them. I saw their recently sales but the aggravation isnt worth it.

I haven't seen an Airline that does not allow you to select seats in advance (maybe third world)

southwest doesn't even have assigned seats. Spirit charges for seat selection as I think frontier does too. Not to mention all the low cost European carriers. Welcome. This is " the world". "The world meet mgarfin"

I am flying from JFK to TLV with a 2 day/1 night stop in Rome.
Can I check my bags through to TLV when checking in at JFK and just take carry-on to Rome?
Is there more of a risk of my bags getting lost if I do this?
