BA you have to pay, except at -24 when checking in
Even for Business if memory serves.

Just came back from a JFK-TLV alitla flight

On both flights I did not get kosher food

Crew clamed I did not order
I have a recorded conversation with a call center rep a week before flying that confirms I have confirmed kosher meals

I emailed them and thay sent me claim forms

Is it worth filling and what should I ask for?

P.S. A 50$ Alitalia voucher is worthless to me

Well I just finished fighting with them for over six months to get back money for a ticket i canceled, and several mangers kept telling me I would get it back within a week (besides 100$)!!
So I don't advise fighting with them much... Not worth the time..

I opened a PayPal dispute against Alitalia, if they don't respond before the flight is scheduled to depart, can they still get out of refunding me for the flight?
Also if it helps, Alitalia sent me an email that they changed the departure time to 20 minutes earlier then when I booked. Can that be grounds for getting refunded?

I'd rather not take the flights and get fully refunded. Right now (dispute aside), they are offering me to cancel the ticket and only get reimbursed for the taxes I paid.

How does the transfer at FCO JFK-FCO-TLV work? Do you have to go landside to transfer terminals?

On the same note... Why does Elal's seatmap for their BOEING 767 (yyz-tlv) in Sabre not match the one shown on Seatguru?

Because they wouldn't know of its a 767-300 or 767-300ER

Just flew JFK-FCO, can't complain. Except of the 2 hour delay and dirty bathrooms...
