I think Gullivers Gates was cute but the novelty wore off after a bit and I think young kids may get bored and it could be very crowded. How about the Children’s Museum of Manhattan? I haven’t been there in years. Or Central Park zoo if weather is good. (Oh yeah, not too much walking). Or Intrepid.

I've been to the central park "zoo" I'm surprised they are still allowed to call themselves a zoo, there's like 5 animals
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

UWS has a number of good options for children, as well as a decent range of kosher eateries. Besides the aforementioned Children's Museum of Manhattan, there's also the Museum of Natural History and the NY Historical Society (which has a small children's museum in the basement, in addition to some exhibits that might be good for both adults and children).

Where can I buy a stack of cheap ties from? Looking to buy 10 of the same tie, in two different colors. Preferably queens but can go elsewhere.
I'm not who you think I am.

a pizza store

Assuming he wants some degree of decorum, there's no pizza place in Manhattan with that kind of space, especially a (semi) private room. Maybe the new Jerusalem when the upstairs opens.

The cheapest NYC restaurant I can think of with a private room is Colbeh.

Try spoons in Boro Park. I believe it's a $100 fee for the back room.
