A new dairy place called Tiberias opened 3 weeks ago and their open 24 hrs. It's dairy Cholov Yisrael under the OK, located on 34th st bet. Madison and Park which is also right next to Eden Wok and Mendy's. Review.

If you know of any other Kosher eateries open 24 hrs in NYC please post.

Is H&H Chalav Yisrael?

Edit: I called and asked, the guy who answered had no idea what I was talking about. Their website says their hashgacha is Star-K.

If its Star-k, i would assume it is. The star-k has a separate hechsher for products that are not cholov yisroel called the star-D.

Here is their certificate: http://www.star-k.org/loc/kosher_letter_5226_hhbagels.pdf

If you see this article by the star-k, it says it is the Star-K policy to only use cholov yisroel products, including powdered whey.
Perhaps call the star-k if you want more info...

I guess I'll stop by sometime when I'm in the neighborhood, hopefully I can get a straight answer.

The owner/Chef is incredibly creative. He brings the flair of his past non-kosher experience to an upscale, warm, kosher establishment. http://kosherscene.wordpress.com/2010/11/15/pardes-restaurant/
