Heading with family tomorrow to Manhattan. Anyone have experience with going to Sony museum without reserved tickets. From their website, it seems like They only have a certain amount of tickets for walk-ins.
I've gone early. Never had an issue.

Anyone been to Metropolitan Museum of Art (met)? Is it doable in a couple of hours? Any must-sees?

Must sees really depend on you. You can do some of it in a couple of hours but don't try to do the whole thing in that amount of time. It's massive.
That being said it's probably more enjoyable to focus on a few sections you find interesting instead of trying to see every piece in one outing- which will exhaust you physically and mentally

Arriving at JFK at 1:15 am on the 6th (in a few hours), and I was wondering what the best way to get to Park Hyatt NYC is? or, cheapest way? or, even most cost effective way?  TIA

Uber?
I was thinking same, but I'll take a shuttle to whatever hotel there is nearby, so I could get cheaper fare.  Any current NY Uber freebie codes?  I'm all used up.  :-\

Really? In LA, some Uber drivers are not allowed unless they have the permit plates on their cars, so the prices are much higher coming from LAX because of the extra $$ that they tack on to the bill due to having to pay for the access permits.  This does not apply at JFK?

An fyi for whomever reads this: at 2 am today cabs were $58 flat. I alternatively decided to Uber it to PHNYC and pool shared for $48.32 of which nobody shared with us but we kept the same rate. I stacked this with an apparent 40% off promo (as I got a receipt for only $28.99), and paid with a Cap1 Quicksilver for an extra 20% off + 1.5% cash back.  ;D

I dont really know but I think there are places which auction off tickets close to the show.
I'm not who you think I am.

Looking for recommendations for a NYC Metro Area caterer for a corporate event. Something a bit more professional than the standard fare. Nothing too fancy; continental breakfast, refreshments and a casual buffet lunch. Prefer that the lunch be fleishigs.
TIA

Does anyone know where I can buy kosher Noghl in New York? The stores that do carry it are the Fard brand which have a hechsher I've never heard of.

In case you were wondering, Noghl is also called Sugar Almond, Persian Wedding Candy, as well as Mouse Droppings.  :P

As of now, the only place that I know of that sells them is Glatt Mart in LA, as well as the candy store down the street from them. The brand they sell is Imperial.

Thank you in advance!

Any fish/dairy restaurants suggestions in the upper east side? Or meat with 9 days menu?

Already tried Va Benne, looking for something new.
