They can enroll me and I just won't show up.

The letter says the hours that you learn in Yeshiva. Also, once you are enrolled you are on their lists for other purposes as well, and if the iriya comes to check and you aren't there, the yeshiva can get in trouble.

I'm not saying right or wrong but ..

1) the letter can use a lashon of "zmanei limudim are ..." & not say HE is learning during those times there .
2) depending on what they are it can or cannot be am issue .
3) alot of yeshivas and kollels now call up talmidim to come show their face (even if they're sick in bed or across they country on vacation - IME) if the misrad hachinuch or datot come. - problem solved

irrelevant. where talking about stating your a student of a yeshiva u really arent, in order to gain advantages such as discounts for arnona etc...

My visa is about to expire that means that bituach leumi is also about to expire, I got a new visa, what's the  easiest way to send in my new visa ? And what other documents do I need ?

P.S.  Time sensitive expiring May 3

WHY?!

The easiest way is walk in there at your earliest convenience and drop off a copy of your new visa and passport.

It can be after May 3rd too...

just renewed my visa's and bituach leumi.
officially need appointment otherwise go between 8 -9 but i went at 1030 and they said they just closed and i asked if i can just try and she gave me a number.
the guy at the desk on the 1st floor said need appointment but pleaded with him and he eventually gave me someone else's number.
only need letter from yeshiva, passports and marriage certificate (original person said that but don't think the lady who gave the visa actually looked at it.) no need for pictures to renew.
then hopped on over to bituach leumi for a quick visa change and done.
maybe someone can update the wiki

''The Misrad Hapnim in Jerusalem's Har Choma neighborhood has suspended the open-door policy of their visa department. Appointments are now required for all visa-related matters. This is partially due to the office's expected overload due to new biometric passport regulations (see below).

This is a disappointing turn for foreign citizens in Jerusalem. Chaim V'Chessed is currently working in conjunction with elective officials to reverse this policy change.

At the same time, the Misrad Hapnim branch located at Shlomtzion Hamalka Street has recently begun accepting all visa-related matters between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with no need for advance appointments, regardless of family size.''
