Yeshiva letters that you're Jewish and a student (your wife that she's married to you and jewish)
Marriage License

Nice reps to speak to Pnina and Elzah.

Arnona:

Email the following documents to discounts@jerusalem.muni.il

1. scan of the bill
2. scan of first page of everyone's passports
3. scan of everyone's visa
4. letter from rabbi (הצהרה)
5. letter from yeshiva
6. scan of chozeh
7. form filled out

Check if it worked: Call 026296333 press 1 then 1 then wait for a rep and tell them your Arnona acct number they will be able to update you. If the hanacha went through you could pay on the spot with them.

har choma, it says visa department is open till 12. I dont have an appointment, can i go before 12 or does it have to be before 10?

The letter says the hours that you learn in Yeshiva. Also, once you are enrolled you are on their lists for other purposes as well, and if the iriya comes to check and you aren't there, the yeshiva can get in trouble.

I'm not saying right or wrong but ..

1) the letter can use a lashon of "zmanei limudim are ..." & not say HE is learning during those times there .
2) depending on what they are it can or cannot be am issue .
3) alot of yeshivas and kollels now call up talmidim to come show their face (even if they're sick in bed or across they country on vacation - IME) if the misrad hachinuch or datot come. - problem solved

irrelevant. where talking about stating your a student of a yeshiva u really arent, in order to gain advantages such as discounts for arnona etc...

My visa is about to expire that means that bituach leumi is also about to expire, I got a new visa, what's the  easiest way to send in my new visa ? And what other documents do I need ?

P.S.  Time sensitive expiring May 3
