Global Entry will also give you TSA Pre✓® and cost $100
TSA Pre-check is for going on the quick TSA screening line at airports in the USA. On US airlines with a few exceptions. Whether you're flying domestic or international. 
GE is to cut the immigration lines coming back home - at select airports.


B) Global Entry -  Everyone must have their own, even children.
TSA Pre✓® - Family members ages 12 and under traveling with an eligible parent or guardian with a TSA Pre✓® indicator on their boarding pass can participate in expedited screening. (Family members 13 and older must go through standard security lanes or should apply for a DHS trusted traveler program.)

I guess depends who you are selling it to. Why would the buyer want to give you all his personal info for you to fill out?

Not for me to fill in their info. Like a link to submit the payment or something like that. I have no idea how it works, just asking.
So how would I be able to sell it without compromising my info? Other than meeting with the seller.

Without meeting up, would be probably impossible not to compromise someone's info, either buyer or seller.

Safest way would probably be to have the seller log in through team viewer, etc. when the buyer is up to the payment page and just fill out CC info and submit payment.

Only if you mess around. I was thinking more like the seller logs in only to fill out and submit payment right away. Unless the buyer is really here to scam him no one's info is exposed for more than a couple of seconds.

Right and could be the other way around too, if the seller wants to scam the buyer by looking up all his personal info listed on the app.
