Various Hotel Charges on Freedom

Do the various charges e.g. WiFi charges, Parking that hotel charge qualify for the 5% bonus with freedom? or only for a room?

If the room was booked through a travel agency, but wasn't paid yet, it will be paid upon arrival, does it qualify?

As long as a charge is from the hotel directly should qualify.
