your right, on the way out. i meant that they shouldnt stop him b/c of the awd - there are issues with my license's validity, and also the birthdate avis has on file, and i'm pretty sure the people at the counter never saw my license, they would have made me issues.

that's true the people at the gate are plain stupid. A friend of mine rented at EWR with a michigan lisence which has the name of the governer in big letters on top & his name on bottom, the people at the gate said "the liiicens don't mach".
you changed your b-day so u can get luxury? I have a friend who did that after his first preffered rental now he can get a CTS. In some locations they give luxury to under 25, I guess its not a computer lockout!

Using fake I'd while renting I wouldn't do.

Chas vesholom something happens, the insurance can say: he is not covered because.....

Besides the point, I can imaging that US laws (and any other country) will have severe punishments for doing that.

wasent a fake liscense I was just showing how stupid the workers by the gate are. it clearly states in the rental contract that u are not covered if u obtained the vehicle through misrepresentation, I would assume that applies for using a corporate account without permision.

the id is not fake, just has obvious mistakes on it that need to be corrected, and i cant do that b/c im very far from the state it was issued and i cant transfer meanwhile cause of tickets. last time i got pulled over the cop was really nasty about it and asked for a cc as an id but i guess it passed. i should change the date of birth though - i didnt do it to get luxury, i did it for pc with a link from this site.

Ive found Avis to be more strict on asking for corporate ID than others. (Esp. at JFK!) Try Enterprise using either Chabad corp # or BMG #, or use Hertz with BMG corp #. I've never had a problem with those.

Use Usaa sign up and save ur member ID when they ask for ID call Usaa and let hertz confirm that ur a member

Usaa you can rent From 18+
You need to first sign up for a usaa account then they waive underage by Hertz from 18+
Avis and Budget I think from 21-24
U also get free mileage (on most rentals if not all)
Free spouse or family member added as second drivers and Free Hertz Gold

yeh also avis with corp. ny and mi have to rent to 18 year olds by law they charge a fee for underage and the corp takes care of the fee

I never seemed to have a problem with enterprise with chabads or avis with various awd's...
