KIng is a good one. What color, Stainless (should be 2750 -2850 NIS) or white (2650-2750NIS)?

king actually offers a black one now...2700-2800nis...if they send white...amex :)

anyone ever buy an extended warranty from a company called 'sheruti gur' in israel? they want 150 nis for an extended 2 yr. warranty on an oven...should i just rely on amex for an additional free year?

Gur is the manuacturers servicing company in J-M. 150 Nis for a 2 year extension is a good price, but than again it's an oven which is a very basic and simple design which consists of a heating element and a box it's not a washing machine (which would deff be wotrth it) and with normal usage oven sould be fine.

true..also, it doesnt cover the gas range on top nor the glass or body..so it's only the oven itself...it's only 150 like you said...would amex then double it to 6 years?

as they say.. "titchadshu" or whatever

amen, thanks!

Pretty sure Amex only doubles manufacturers warranty up to a year for a total of 2.

so than it's a question of paying 150 for year 3...if it's worth it?

Personally I'd reccomend skipping it, an oven under normal circumstances and usage shouldn't  cause problems in first few years (unlike washing machines).

Pretty sure Amex will not cover nothing for you here in Israel so scrap that one.

And that's why he can't disclose publicly where on Rechov Petach Tikvah he bought it?

No, that's why I asked if it's 800W, if it would've been 1000W it's possibly fake.
