anyone know the max size group i can send to with GO SMS or any other sms app? I need to send mass text to 200 people approx. In israel- if that makes a difference.

I use go sms and I can send to all my contacts if I want. I haven't tried it but it should work

Gotta bump this from way back i apologize . But it’s better than making a new thread

How can i mass text all my contacts that I got a new number?
Here is what I tried so far :
- About half a dozen message apps that don’t allow more than 8 or 10 per group which is useless .
- Texting from my email to their number, but that requires the appropriate carrier email ending for each number and idk what each persons service is
- Creating a shortcut from iPhone shortcuts app to run automation and send to all contacts in a loop (this didn’t fully not work I’m just not fully capable of building this out-YouTube wasn’t very helpful)
- Thought about having an auto reply set up whenever someone texts that number it sends a msg of my new number ( I still have control of my old number-it’s part of my plan I just switched numbers )
iPhone doesn’t have this feature available unless I haven’t looked in the right place

Any suggestions?

I know WhatsApp sends out a msg  but I’m asking about reg messaging

I think Whatsapp automatically tells those you've previously contacted.
(I've gotten  "justaregularguy changed their phone number to a new number. Tap to message or add the new number."}

I just thought of another way of adding a signature to my texts saying its me so ppl can see what my new number is....but iphone doesnt have that either, unless i jailbreak my phone.
is this the first time in history someone wants to alert their contacts of a new number????

The less people with my number the better :P

Anyway from a quick google search iPhone allows auto reply when in do not disturb mode.
