It has been raining in CLE literally nonstop since Shabbos. Total of 7.5 inches in less than a week, more than 2 months worth of rain.

Just before sunset I looked out my window and finally saw the sun for the first time since Friday. I had to run outside and snap a couple pics from my phone. It felt like the end of a mabul:

first of all you yourself described it as someone's porch and now it's outside a Verizon building? 2nd do a 2 second Google search and you'll see it's fake. 3rd the person who told you it is lying

Two days of extreme Sandy weather condensed into two minutes. It was shot at Northside Piers Towers in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The bridge you see is the Williamsburg Bridge. The time-lapse covers two days of the hurricane's assault on New York, from the early morning of October 29 through Oct. 30. At around the 1 minute mark you can see all the lights in Manhatten go out.

Sorry I have to help you use your brain. The porch was across from the Verizon building. Why the hell would I do a google search if I know who took the picture. The person would not lie for no reason.
