i still have the sprint f&c 0.00 and wanna upgrade to a smart phone, and sell it, is that something possible or the phone must be activated on the plan and if so i can't do it cuz don't want to be charged the $10 data charge.

you don't want to touch the plan, if u do anything you take the chance of them shutting down the whole plan.

It is possible.  You need to order the phone online or over the phone and not upgrade in the store or through a third party.  If you do it in the store or through a third party store you can not walk out of the store or activate the phone on another line without activating it on your line first, which means having to change the plan.  Basically as long as you order it from Sprint.com you can do it without changing your plan.

Its not possible to do it online.  It will force you to upgrade your plan.

I definitely wouldn't do it over the phone. The Philippinian sales rep may change your plan by mistake and you'll never be able to get it back.

that is the only way to do it.  The phillipinian sales person isn't touching your plan.  they are just sending out the phone.  I have been able to order online so I don't know about that.

you can def do an upgrade online and then sell the phone. i have done it many times. you just have to call after u get the phone to have them free up the esn even though u didnt activate it since its still tied to ur acct

they don't give you free service. You get enough discounts plus a monthly credit ends up 0.00. Was very popular 4-5 yrs ago
