New Amex Bonus Terms

the last 12 months."

Doesn't specify whether the consider peroneal and business as the same product or not.

@Dan I'm wondering since it says same product within 12 months, and also same product family within 90 days/12 months, that there it is being marbeh something besides the same card.

+1 I have SMed Amex over 6 times and they keep on non responding by using language such as

same , similar , product, and product family , which I never got a simple definition of !

I stick to my original comment and belief, that this is intentional legalese left up to subjective interpretation .

If they were on the witness stand , the Judge would rule their answer was nonresonsive

Give it to the Supreme Court to decide , because at the moment Amex interprets it to their liking.

its not a 2bm when its person and biz. Ull get 2 pulls

I  believe that the blue sky is a credit card, and therefore will render you ineligible for the SPG.  however you should be able to get the business SPG

I do think so, though I'd open a new SPG for both accounts to be safe.

Many times Amex pulls twice for the SPG/SPG Biz. They hold the second app for processing 5 days later and then pull again..like always- YMMV

Of course it's YMMV, all churning is.

But on my mixed 4BMs I've had 1 pull.

Its very possible. Some do personal 2bm and get 2 pulls also.

I would suggest if you don't want the extra pulls. Freeze your EX, un freeze for a day, then when Amex feels they want to pull your EX again, they'll hit a brick wall.

CMIIW, But from what i've been reading all over today, if AMEX wants to pull from EX that's all they'll do. If you freeze EX they will tell you to unfreeze or give them the pin. If you don't then they won't process the app.

Correct, that's why you un freeze it the day that you apply.

That way Amex only pulls EX when you apply and not by reconsideration.

Meaning if frozen you definitely need to call recon, if not frozen then you leave open the possibility of instant approval?
