New Amex Bonus Terms

Seems like Dan's Amex profile is bugged then and he gets the bonus every time.

Others on FT reported the same thing so it ain't just me.
Ad as I said, it's been doing that for me for many many years.

Kind of shocking that people would suspect my integrity by lying about this.

I have had a lot of sucess appeling to customer services better nature and not fully understanding why I only got 5k good will instead of full 30k

I applied for the business platinum card and the PRG at the same time.

Amex linked them together to one membership rewards account.

Will I get the bonus on both?

I guess you can call it manually, I didnt have any active amex charge cards or any balance in old MR account.
 Im still fighting for the bonus... No magic here.

SM saying that you can only transfer a whole thousand points, if they can give you the rest as a courtesy.

Has anyone ever had this: Every time I HUCA/sm about my bonus on a PRG within 12 months, they tell me that its "under review by the Concern Department"
Have you had a good experience with the "Concern Department"? Also, what is the primary concern of this department, Amex or the customer?

My experience is on whether it creates a new reward number, not on whether to get the sign up bonus (that is what new term about). I like to know whether people get points with a new reward number when it is within 12 months.
