When you check in you can ask if they are over booked. If not there is no chance of a bump

i am in middle of checking in online for a flight tonight, and they asked me if i would like to be bumped and write in an amount of voucher im willing to accept to get bumped, i put in 2k to see what would happen, and it sayd max there giving is 600.... not even worth it!

also very wierd, when i switched my flight (for a boat load of money  ) we got our new itinereries emailed to us and it said under free gags - 2pc. so i called up and they said it seems like a glitch then i just checked in now and im able to purchase another bag for cheaper and it said how many bags would i like and it says 1 (free) 2(free) seems like each of mine and my wifes tickets have 2 free bags... make sense?

use the voucher within a yr ...thats all that was written

this is my 4th flight with that pop up and nobody was asked - and still room on the flight

Sick!! I am sitting now at the gate and im 1.5 hrs ealry to my dlight i was told specifically that i would get a bassinet i get to the gate the guy is litt the biggest SOB to us - he disnt even care my son is a month old and he made it as im a bad guy for even asking!

Delta doesn't care about babies at all!

They'll give out all front seats to elites, and if at the time of boarding there is still something left they might give you a bassinet.
